Joining our provider network is free, easy, and helps you connect with self-pay members looking for affordable care. You’ll maintain full control of your practice while expanding your reach and simplifying your payment process.

How to Apply:

Step 1: Review & Sign the Agreement

  1. The first step is to complete a provider agreement so we can add you to our network:

    1. Visit Beyond Med > Provider Agreements to download the general provider agreement and accompanying addendum.

    2. Carefully review the terms - it outlines the member discount, eligibility verification, and provider expectations.

    3. Once reviewed, sign and email it to our team at info@beyondmedplans.com.

We’ll review your application within 7–10 business days and follow up with any next steps. Once approved and confirmed as a good fit for our network, we’ll begin onboarding your practice and preparing your listing.

Step 2: Getting Listed on our Platform

  1. Once approved, your practice will be added to our provider network and made accessible to members exploring care options.

  2. You’ll also receive helpful guidance on how to personalize your presence within the platform.

Step 3: Start Serving Self-Pay Members

  • Once your practice is listed, you'll be ready to start seeing members through our network.

  • Payment is made directly by the member at the time of service, with no third-party billing involved. Please apply the preferred member rate to all eligible services during the visit.

  • To verify a member’s eligibility, visit Beyond Med > Eligibility Check and enter the Member ID and last name as shown on their membership card.
