To find a provider, follow these steps:
Go to the Beyond Med website and either:
Click Member Login > Find a Provider, or
Use the âSearch for Providersâ bar in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. In the dropdown menu, you can search a provider by:
Specialty/Treatment
Last Name
Office Name
3. Enter your preferred ZIP code and click âFind a Providerâ to view results near you.
Choose a Provider That Fits Your Needs.
Each provider result card includes the following details:
Office Name
Provider (doctor, esthetician, nurse) Name
Specialty(s)
Office Address
Phone Number
Website
List of services available to Beyond Med members, along with the discounted rate (found in the dropdown menu)
You can visit the providerâs website to learn more and decide if you'd like to schedule an appointment. Donât forget to explore the dropdown menu to see which treatments are included with your Beyond Med membership.
What if a provider doesnât acknowledge Beyond Med?
If a provider shows up in the search results but doesnât recognize Beyond Med at the time of service, donât worry. Simply contact our Concierge Service and weâll follow up on your behalf to confirm benefits and ensure your discounts are honored.

Can I use Beyond Med with my insurance?
No, Beyond Med cannot be combined with insurance. If your insurance covers certain treatments - such as chiropractic care, physical therapy, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), or others - you should use your insurance for those services. Beyond Med is typically used independently of health insurance plans, but we recommend consulting with your provider to confirm your options.
Important Note: If a provider is offering a special discount or promotion, the Beyond Med discount cannot be stacked on top of it. However, since Beyond Med discounts apply to standard pricing, you will always receive the best available pricingâwhichever is greater.
How to Submit a Provider Nomination?
We love growing our network through member recommendations! Your input helps us bring more trusted providers on board so they can begin offering 20% discounts on their services and treatments to Beyond Med members.
Step-by-step how you can nominate a provider:
Log in to your Member Portal.
Navigate to the âResourcesâ tab.
Click on âProvider Nomination Form.â
Fill out the form as completely as possible.

Our Provider Network team uses the information you provide to reach out to the nominated provider. The more complete the form, the faster and smoother the review process. Please make sure to include:
Provider Website â Helps us confirm the providerâs services, location, and credentials.
Office/Practice Name â Ensures we contact the correct business entity.
Doctor/Provider Name â Identifies the specific provider youâre recommending.
Contact Information (phone numbers, emails, etc.) â Critical for our outreach team to connect directly with the provider.
Incomplete information may cause delays or make it difficult for us to successfully recruit your nominated provider into the network.
What to expect next
The nomination and approval process can take a minimum of 4 weeks.
Our team will contact the provider youâve nominated.
Youâll be notified when weâve reached out and if the provider decides to join the Beyond Med network.
