How to login for the firts time?
If you signed up with your employer and trying to log in to your Beyond Med Member Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Beyond Med's Website > Member Login
đĄIf you're a new member, you should have received a welcome email on your effective date - typically the 1st of the month or when your other benefits began (such as health insurance) - which includes a temporary password. If you donât see it, please check your spam or junk folder, or use the Reset Password option below to access your account.
2. Your account is most likely linked to the email address provided by your employer or the one associated with your employee records.
âPlease, contact your Human Resources (HR) or Benefits Administrator if you are not sure with which email you have with Beyond Med.
3. From the Member Login page, enter your email address and the temporary password provided in your Welcome Email. After logging in, youâll be prompted to complete a brief 1-3 minute questionnaire to help us learn about your preferences and tailor future treatment recommendations.
How to reset password?

Forgot your password, or
Canât locate your Welcome Email with the temporary password
You can easily reset it by going to the Beyond Med website and selecting Member Login > Reset Password Enter your email address, and youâll receive a new temporary password via email to log in again.

If you are trying to login for the fist time and after clicking on "reset password" the system is showing "invalid credentials" error, please contact our support team at concierge@beyondmedplans.com so we can verify your payment and help you access your account.

How do I cancel my Beyond Med membership?
If you wish to cancel your Beyond Med membership, you have two options:
Option 1: Through your Member Portal
Log in to your portal and use the membership cancellation request tool.Option 2: Contact Concierge
Call us at 844-267-6192 or email concierge@beyondmedplans.com to request cancellation.
Important: If you enrolled through an employer-sponsored program, please contact your HR department or benefits coordinator before proceeding with cancellation. They may need to process the request on your behalf.
Once we receive a confirmation of cancellation from your employer, we will cancel the membership on our end.

You don't need to add your pet as a dependent on your account. Beyond Med is not an insurance and there will be no claims to file. You can use veterinary services for as many pets as you like. With each appointment, you will save on average 20% discount!

Do dependents get their own login?
Currently, login credentials are issued only to the primary account holder.
Dependents will need to use the primary account holderâs login to access ID cards. However, logging in is not required for searching providers or booking appointments. For appointments, dependents only need their member ID card - available for download from the Member Portal - which they can present to confirm eligibility.
