Your Beyond Med Member ID card is your key to unlocking savings and verifying your membership with providers. While we don’t issue physical (paper or plastic) cards at this time, you can easily access and download your digital ID card from your Member Portal anytime.
How to download your Member ID card
Log into your Member Portal.
On your dashboard, locate your Member ID number.
Click the “Download” button beneath your Member ID.
Save the file to your device or print a copy for your records.
Family Plans and dependent cards
If you’re enrolled in a Family Plan, you can easily manage cards for your dependents directly from your portal:
Click “Add Family Member” under your own member card to add dependents.
To update information, select “Edit” next to your dependent’s card.
To save or print their card, click “Download” next to your dependent’s card.
Each dependent’s card will display their own unique Member ID number, which providers can use to verify eligibility.
At this time, Beyond Med does not provide paper or plastic ID cards. By offering digital cards, we ensure you have instant, secure, and convenient access to your information anytime you need it - whether on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Tips for using your card
Save the card on your mobile device for easy access at appointments.
You can print a paper copy if you prefer to keep a physical version in your wallet.
Always provide your Member ID number (or your dependent’s number, if applicable) to providers to confirm eligibility quickly.
