How to use the Provider Search Tool
Go to the Provider Search Tool from your Member Portal.
Choose how you’d like to search:
Specialty/Treatment – Find providers by the type of service or treatment you need.
Provider Last Name – Quickly locate a specific doctor or practitioner.
Office/Practice Name – Search for a clinic, group, or practice directly.
Enter your zip code or city.
For the most precise results, we recommend entering a zip code (even if you also search by city).
Reviewing your search results
Once results appear, click on a provider’s profile.
Under the contact information, you’ll see a drop-down section listing which services are eligible for Beyond Med 20% discounts.
What if a provider doesn’t acknowledge Beyond Med?
If a provider shows up in the search results but doesn’t recognize Beyond Med at the time of service, don’t worry. Simply contact our Concierge Service and we’ll follow up on your behalf to confirm benefits and ensure your discounts are honored.
